Weebly is a Web 2.0 application that allows you to create a custom Web site with a very intuitive "drag 'n drop" interface. It is FREE, and includes features in which you can add discussion threads, a blog, and multimedia (i.e. YouTube videos) to your site. This is a great tool for creating Web Quests or Pathfinders, as well as for students to create and share their own information. Teachers: This app is for you! Poll Everywhere allows you to create live, web-based polls that your students can access via their smart phone or any device with internet access. Get immediate answers to questions for formative assessments, or use it to review materials with your students. All resulting data can be downloaded onto a spreadsheet, into a Power Point presentation, or into a graph to be embedded into a Prezi! Follow this link for my tutorial: http://screencast.com/t/F9bTdxdVAVx. Have you ever wanted to print or save something you found on a web site, but you found it difficult due to advertisements, unwanted photos, and random links? Then Print Friendly is the app for you.
